  I bought this switch in August of last year. Since then, 4 of the 8 ports are failed. I contacted the customer SERVICE who proceeded to an exchange, at the reference switch at my expense (7 eur). The switch exchanged came with 5 ports HS on the 8!!! I am in contact with the customer SERVICE of Neatgear and its sub-contractor for the last 3 weeks but my request for a replacement is remained for the moment without response. I am very unhappy with this product and the SERVICE put in place by Netgear. I do not recommend this product and I am amazed of the poor quality of the SERVICE Neatgear. I am a customer of Amazon since 1998, Amazon US until the obligation to order through Amazon France. And I've never had a dissatisfied. This is the first time I feel deceived because I was a buyer of two sockets with 3 ports gigabit, and I find myself with one with 3 ports and the other with 1 port. I am even more dissatisfied that I thought I was sincerely reading my order to buy what I wanted at the price shown. Which was not inconsistent.
